Shipping Policy

Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines the main details regarding order delivery and processing.

Shipping Costs & Regions
Shipping is offered free of charge within the United Kingdom. No additional shipping fees are added at checkout.

Order Processing
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 16:00 GMT on business days may be processed on the same day.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery transit typically takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday). Including processing and transit time, the overall estimated delivery period is approximately 5–9 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch & Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once an order has been shipped, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent containing tracking details and instructions via order tracking.

Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please contact info@knitandwoven.com before the order enters processing. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, returns must be handled according to the Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@knitandwoven.com and provide:

  • Order number
  • Short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received

After review, a replacement or refund will be issued in line with applicable consumer rights.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
